Turkey??

I took out my turkey from the freezer on Friday and put it in the fridge so it could thaw. I checked it yesterday and it's still frozen solid! Would it be okay if I took it out of the fridge and leave it outside?? I'm afraid that it won't thaw-out in time and I won't be able to season it. Would that damage the turkey?

I am so not a cook, but I want to say putting it into the tub with cold water would work...BUT I would confirm with someone on that LOL

If your turkey is still frozen go ahead and give it a cold water bath in the sink... make sure to change the water every 2-3 hours

My mom always thaws out her turkey in the sink in cold water.  This year we're just doing a small turkey breast since it's just a few of us.
