When your hubby is deployed?
What do you use?
He is deployed right now and we use yahoo messenger, windows live mesenger, myspace, and he calls alot. Im lucky because we get to talk just about everyday.
Mine is now too. I actually prefer the phone to the computer...but we use yahoo mostly.

I don'treally like the phone because i cant give him my full focus, there is alway a kid yelling or crying and i cant hear him very well.
Where my DH is currently they do not easily have access to phones, so I only get a phone call every few months. So our primary form of communication is via yahoo and thankfully its easy to use on my crackberry since I'm seldom home during the day.
When dh was in the Marine Corps, I heard from his daily via email or phone & the occasional VTC from base. It's going to be an adjustment for me when he deploys now, since his contact will be severely limited =[ But we'll see how that goes...
I *wish* he could have had access to skype when he was previously deployed; that would've been so cool...
We will be using Yahoo video calling. Its free and we get to see and hear each other when we talk :) We used it last time and loved being able to see each other while we talk!
DH had a phone on his desk.... he called me :) or we used MSN video messenger. The kids liked for him to play the doodads like the bouncy ball or monsters.
