I don't want my girls to develop bad eating habits.  I also would like my hubby to eat healthier too.  Before my youngest was born (she's 2), I was 125lbs.  I'm 5'5.  Now, I'm around 150.  I haven't had the motivation to work off the weight.  I know once I start, it will drop pretty quickly.  I worked out for about 3 weeks last Feb, ate healthy, etc.  I felt so much better and could actually see some results.  Then, my dd got put in the hospital for a week and I completely stopped!  I want to be able to wear a swimsuit this summer and not be embarrased!

I am 5'4" and weigh 162.6.  I want to lose enough weight to be under 150, but not go below around 130.  I am not making a single goal because I just want to see where I feel comfortable.

I want to stick to a regular exercise routine.  I go to the gym 3 times per week.  I am hoping to soon boost it to 4 times per week.

I want to eat healthier and start getting my family to eat healthier.  We really need to start working on eating out less.

I want to get my home more organized.  We are going to Germany at the end of the year and I want to make sure we are only taking the essentials.  I need to start getting rid of our junk. Along with the organization, I want to work on more of a routine to keep my home clean.  It seems like I am always falling behind on something and I really hate playing the "catch up" game on the weekends.

I am going to do this by keeping myself accountable.  Just by me putting my goals out for everyone to see will help me keep them.  I am going to start making menu plans and sticking with them. I will continue to show up for my personal training sessions whether I feel like it or not. Every day I will spend at least 15 minutes working on home organization.  I will make a chore list for the kids and even one for myself to make sure things are being done within a reasonable time frame.

I am 5'5'' and I weight 240.  When I got pregnant with my son I gained 60lbs and I've only been able to 5.  My husband is going to be deploying in March for 8 months.  I want to be down to 165 by the time my husband returns.  I have several more goals so I am just going to list them.

1.) Lose 75lbs by the time my husband returns

2.) Drink more water

3.) Eliminate processed food from my diet

4.) Do some form of exercise everyday

I am around 5'9' and wight 189. I would like to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 140..maybe even a little less. I am currently doing the Wii Fit Plus everyday and eating better. I have incorperated a lot more veggies into my diet and have been eating Oatmeal every morning. I still eat what I love..but way smaller portions and not as often.

I would also like to gain more confidence with myself and see myself as a strong person that can handle what is being thrown at me. I believe losing some weight will help with that.

I would also like to get my house un-packed (we have been here since August and there are still boxes around!) and get rid of the junk. I would like things to be organized

I would also like to be a good friend to those in my life, as well as those I shall meet in the future.

I would also like to be a good mommy to my daughter and make sure she has a good life.

My goals are lose some baby weight!  I'm 5'4 and 205, I've never been this weight before and I feel super unhealthy. I'm setting a realistic goal of losing at least 20lbs by April

I start my teaching internship on Monday and my 5 month old will start daycare then as well. I will take the opportunity after school lets out to head the gym and get my butt fit again!

I will try my hardest not to let my home life affect my losing weight. I tend to put my DH and DD before everything and I can't do that any longer. My health needs some TLC

I am 5'6 and i'm not sure how much I weigh now, the last time I checked I was 186. I know for a fact I weigh a lot more than that now. On the 15th of this month I am officially starting my diet. No junk food (my weakness), no juice or soda, and everything we eat will be baked. B/C i'm not a big veggie fan i'm eating smaller portions. I won't be able to start walking until it warms up here so i'm looking for things I can do at home. My hubby is deploying in July and my goal is to lose 60 pounds or more by the time he comes home. I'm so excited.

 Okay, here goes!

Lose 45 pounds - eat 5-6 small meals a day, alternate running days with cardio/weight days.

Learn to cook Meditteranean-style food

Complete the Couch to 5K program - I'm on Week 2 right now!

Race in 5 5k's and 1 marathon

A tall order, but I'm up to it!  I am NOT having my gorgeous husband-to-be coming back from 6 months of BCT and AIT to a wife that looks like I do right now!

My number 1 goal is to take my Armour prescription in to the pharmacy to get compounded and bite the bullet. (since it won't be covered by tricare) Then I am going to force the Dr. Clinic to send me to an endo specialist, so hopefully I won't have to pay for the freaking prescription out of pocket again!

2) I started going to the gym 5 days a week, I'm going to try to make it 6! My trainer does fitness competitions and I think that would be fun :) Soooo I guess get in good enough shape to do competitions too.

3) Get all the paper work together and get my conselor registration FINALLY!
