i actually have two challenges. One is hit the gym for an hr. every day ( or every other day) for the next month, and the second one is to keep trying to take out the damn sugary and fatnning foods! I'm trying to do the whole "polka dot bikini" by may/june without the bikini top (i don't know about you but after i had my kid my belly is all stretchmarks and saggy skin up the wazzo!!)
My goal is cut back on the coffee and junk food and get exercising again. Since my son left in June, I took up smoking again (after quitting for 8 years). I know, I know. I'm probably within 5 pounds of my comfortable weight, but I am NOT in shape and want to be healther.
Realistically, I'm not ready to give up the smokes. I smoke about 10 a day. But there is a lot I CAN do to get healthier so I need to get motivated and moving!
My challenge for myself for tomorrow: to NOT buy any more Coca-Cola (I have one can and 1/2 a 20oz bottle in the fridge so its not cold turkey), to plan meals for the remainder of the week using mostly items I have at home, and to clean for 30 minutes in the morning and pick a 15 minute declutter project.
