I need to lose between 12 and 32 lbs. I need someone who will check in with me frequently to make sure I am sticking to my eating and exercise plans. I like long walks on the beach...oh, wait...wrong thing...lol.
Anyway, I want to be able to provide the same type of support to someone else with similar goals.
I need to get going wiht losing some weight! I would like to lose a little more than 30 (sounds like sooo much!) but I am kinda discounraged about it and not sure that is attainable. I am 5'7" and was 140 before I had my son and I would like to get back down to that. Can it be done? I eat pretty well already and am frustrated with not seeing results, just kept gaining there for a while! Just had my gallbladder out a month ago and doc also told me I am very anemic, which doesn't help with me having energy to work out anyways. So you can see why I am kinda down about it. Been trying to work out 3 days a week the past couple weeks. I have lost one pound so far, or that is what the scale said this morning! Just need some encouragement and maybe some good advice too!!

CRAZY IN LOVE Nathan 1/3/05
I'm a been there done that with the weight loss, healthy lifestyle thing. I lost 100 pounds after having my 3rd and final child. (it took me 2 1/2 years to do so) I followed Weight Watchers to lose the weight and I'm now a leader. I've kept all but 10 pounds off for over a year. I've gained weight since my DH deployed in August. I need to lose the 10 pounds I gained. I am looking for emotional support mostly because I tend to turn to food for comfort. I guess you could almost say I use food as my drug of choice.
