Chinese food delivery leftovers, maybe? Or I have some halibut steaks that are thawed in the fridge. I wanted to make a sake glaze for them, but for some reason Kansas has a law that prohibits the sale and import of sake and soju.. *tear*. Maybe I'll make a balsamic glaze instead.
