going to be 9 on Saturday. I can't believe he's growing up so fast. I'm a little sad. Just one more year until double digits. This sounds so silly, but he's very small (about 50" and 48 lbs soaking wet), so I can still pick him up and carry him around like I would a younger child. Here are some pics of my Bubba at different stages of his life:
A few days old. My husband was at AIT when he was born but was able to come home the day after and stay for a few days.

Around 8-9 months, one of my neighbors gave him an oreo.

With Daddy when he was about 15 months old (love the booboo on his head)

18 months old with my youngest daughter a few days after she was born.

Sleeping with daddy (he's a daddy's boy if you haven't noticed the theme yet). He was 3 and had broken his wrist about 2 days earlier.

With my daddy a few years ago, he was probably about 5.

And, some recent pics of my Marcus.

Happy Birthday To Him!!!! Dont worry about being too small he will grow!!!
He's always been small. He was my smallest at birth by a lb and almost an inch. He's just not going to be a very big guy, ever. Plus, my husband is only 5'7" and I'm 5'6 1/2", so I have no dreams of an NBA career for him, LOL.

Talk about crying. My oldest daughter will be 12 on the 23rd (so expect a similar post for her) and my oldest son will be 16 in July. Thank goodness he's in Jersey and the driving age is 17. I don't think I could handle the driving thing yet.
Quoting tangleballlover:I'm gonna die when my kids hit 9. My youngest is turning 2 on Thursday...my oldest will be 3 a month from Thursday and I just wanna cry. They grow up so fast! Your little man is soooo cute! Happy Birthday to him.
P.S. Has your DH aged at all??? LOL.
