customs form LOL

soooo its been over 4 years since ive had to fill out the Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note -CP72. i cant remember how to fill in DHs ship address. LOL so hopefully i did it right and wont have to fil it out again when i get to the PO.

Our post office has one already filled in on the wall so I don't screw it up. Haha. Otherwise, I'd be lost.

I had to have a postal worker show me how to fill one out the very first time I did one.

I always just wrote it out on there and didn't bother with the blocks (on his address). It always made it jsut fine.

Once you get it right it will be ok......take a bunch home that is what I used to do.

I had them help me with the first one and then I kept the copy of it for reference.

I am 9 months into a year deployment and I have sent at least one box per month.  I STLL can't remember how to do it.  I always take his address on a piece of paper and ask them how to fill it out.  All I know is the zip code is the last numbers of the address.  That's all I can ever remember.  But they help me, and it's the only blank part of the form so it doesn't take long to just fill in his address when I get there.
