Hellos

My name is Jill, and my husband is Navy. He's an EM on a nuclear submarine, the USS Nebraska. We are currently stationed at Bangor, WA. He's from Denver Co and I'm from LA Ca. I have 4 1/2 year old twin boys. My DH is the stepfather, and their father is in the Navy as well (I know, that kind of sounds bad lol). Look forward to some good chats :)

Are there any ladies on here that are from around South Jersey. Would love some in site on what happens after boot camp with my son. I haven't heard from him in 9 days, he was put into a new Battalion. because he got sick with Pneumonia and was laid up for a couple weeks. I thought I would have gotten his PLT number by now and nothing has come. I even called Parris Island. I asked his recruiter to please look into it but well see if he has time. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciated

Hello,
My husband and I have been married for 5 years. He left for basic training for the air force three weeks after our wedding. We have three beautiful boys ages 3 yrs, 2 yrs and 6 months. He has been deployed for 5 months. We have 9 more until he's home. I grew up an air force brat but I definitely find it harder to be a military spouse. Thank you to all of you who also sacrifice for our country. It's not an easy job but somebody has to do it!
