 depends on your age

Each Marine is graded according to gender and age group. Age groups are as follows: 17 to 26, 27 to 39, 40 to 45, and 46 and over. All Marines -- regardless of age or gender -- need three pull-ups to sufficiently pass. The youngest age group requires 50 crunches to pass, with five repetitions being deducted for each consequent age group. The three-mile run shows the greatest variance in requirements; men are required to complete the run in 28 minutes (for those 17 to 26), 29 minutes (for those 27 to 39), 30 minutes (for those 40 to 45), and 33 minutes (for those 46 and over). Women may add three minutes to each of those times, relative to their ages.
