When you meet someone and then find out they are the wife that likes to "give the command a piece of her mind" because their husband couldn't get off for something or come home by a certain time?
For me, its a turn off.. It's hard to be friends with someone who has no respect for their husbands job/boss (not saying all bosses deserve it, but the husbands at least do.)
Turn off. Anyone with an entitlement attitude is a turn off.
(though there are times I have a lot of words for the command, I'd never go tell them.)
turn off.... becuase you know in the end she is one that likes to cause problems in the command and why would you want to be associated with someone like that
I don't hang out with anyone in my husbands command. I just can't do it! I've tried, but my husband likes to keep work and friends seperate, so that makes it hard to make friends with the wives when he doesn't really care to hang out with the husbands. Not that they are bad people or anything. Pretty much all our friends are military, just not in the same command.
Quoting chrlstoncharmed:Turn off. Anyone with an entitlement attitude is a turn off.
TURN OFF!! I had a friend that would complain if her dh worked past 4pm, had duty, or went underway in general. However she didn't complain once during the 7 mos deployment!!
