The term "tag chaser" or similar terms.

I dont believe they exist.

I believe that some women are attracted to certain types of men. Some women like drummers, some like "tall, dark, and handsome", some like "nerdy" guys, some like blondes...and some like military men. That doesnt make them "tag chasers". It means they have a type. So what?

Many men have a type too. Some like chicks with big tits, some like chicks with big butts, some like blondes, some like brunettes, some like "bigger women", some like Asians. And they only date that type. Doesnt mean they are wrong or are doing anything wrong.

ANd even IF a "tag chaser" is somehow doing something wrong, it really isnt anyone's business. These men (and women) are adults (in most cases) and can make their own choices...which also means they can deal with the consequences like the rest of us. "Tag chasers" are not breaking any laws.

Furthermore, it doesnt affect anyone else, except the two people in the relationship.

So no big deal.

I really hate the term. Its inaccurate as far as Im concerned

Yeah well they do exist. I know women who have tried to break up marriages just because they are so in love with the fantasy of being an Army wife. I personally wouldn't look for a guy in the military and have told tag chasers that to their face. If I was going to chase a man I would be a NFL chaser or an attorney chaser. That's just me personally.

Sadly I agree with the term. DH's sister only goes on dating sites to meet military guys... she has even refered to herself as a tag chaser :/
