this has to be the best thing ever. Update. THEY BACKED DOWN! He won't be buried in that cemetary at all now!

Earlier today it was announced that Josh Powell's family were looking to bury him next to his sons. the boys were buried Monday ( he killed them last week,and was a suspect in his wife's 2009 disapperance. Up until he murdered the boys the childre were in the custody of his missing wife's family) anyway, the Powell's were wanting to bury the POS near the boys. His wife's family attorney was going to file papers to get a restraining order but was told they probably couldn't stop it. Well,since the cemetery stalled on selling the Powell's the plot,the sheriff bought the two plots on both sides of the kids. (They were buried in one casket). So now the sheriffs department owns the plots directly beside them and the Powell's can't get them!

How awesome is that?? The sheriff said that Josh Powell will never be near those boys.

Also,other organizations and people have said if need be they too will buy plots to keep Josh Powell out of view from the boys resting place!

The sheriff plans to keep one free in the event Susan Powell's body is found for her to be buried beside her sons and the other will be space for a memorial for them.

I think that is why he withdrew the money. In a email to his sister I bet he said he wanted to be near them,which would be why they played nice in allowing the boys to be buried first. They said it was out of respect. Bull. They knew that if they were buried first the Cox's couldn't change burial plans should they put Josh near them.
