does anyone know if tricare covers dental?

Dental is separate for dependents. Right now it's under united Concordia but the provider is changing soon. Go to their website to enroll, it's about $12 for just you.

I had to apply for and pay extra for dental coverage from a different company.

Unitedconcordia, is who actually does the dental as of may 1st or something it's being switched to MetLife for dependents and active duty will still have uc.

Thanks for the reminder I had to enroll everybody in the household for that and I kept forgetting to do it. I know for us (there's myself and 4 kids) we'll only be paying 31.72 a month or so which isn't too bad at all.

no, you will pay out of pocket for monthy premiums for dental- use the website posted to enroll and metlife has a facebook page if anyone is interested.
