With your spouses gone how long does it take for you to get use to sleeping alone?
I'm feeling way too sleep deprived. Ugh.

I still haven't been able to sleep like a normal person, he's been gone for almost 4months now. I don't go to sleep until its around 4am.

it's the same whether he is there or not. no matter what i always have a baby attached to the boob. now if the baby were gone, i don't know what i'd do with myself!

LOL I was like that with my first. With my second Im able to fall back to sleep easier while nursing since he doesn't need to nurse as long but I still can't sleep w/o my babies next to me since he's gone.

I don't sleep whether or not he's home. When he's home, I don't fall asleep til after 1 and I can never sleep for more than 45 minutes at a time. With him gone, like now, I don't fall asleep til closer to 3 and don't sleep for more than 20-30 min at a time.
I have the "my brain won't shut the hell up" problem. I've tried prescription sleeping pills and over the counter pills, and nothing helps.

It usually takes a few weeks for me to sleep "normal" when he's gone. With his schedule now, he does 2on 2 off and sliding weekends. So my sleep is pretty much fucked for the foreseeable future.

I'm the odd one out here  but I sleep great when DH is gone... the whole bed to myself and no elbow in my head or leg flopped over me pinning me to the bed, and NO SNORING. It's wonderful

Exactly! Except I have never taken anything for it.
