How long have you had to go with no contact from your dh during a deployment?

It's suppose to be 30 days this time, I'm not even a week in and already dreading it. Last deployment we only had to go 10 days during his missions. Blah

The longest we ever had to go was about 5 days I think, and that was when something happened and they did the whole "blackout" thing so families could be contacted.  Through both of DH's deployments, he never had any missions that lasted longer than 12 hours, so I usually got to talk to him every day.

Month and a half, and I only usually get to talk to him 4 days out of a six month deployment.

The normal is a couple of weeks, but he is subs so that week is just for emails.  Otherwise it's always a good month to actually talk.

I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three.

I meant no emails, no calls, no nothing. Last time we didn't talk on the phone at all, just instant messages, but at least that was something.
