Fort Hood Mamas...

I need some mommy friends when I get there. All of Andrew's (df soon to be dh) friends are single and only one has a kid and he only gets her for a week out of the month. I need play dates and stuff for dd. Also I need to know of things to do there and places to visit. Like zoo, pools, parks...all that fun stuff. I'm nervous to move!!! LoL.

Don't be nervous. I just moved to Ft.Hood(3 weeks ago) and found a playgroup right away. If you want to keep in touch let me know. We go to the pool on post and I missed yesterdays, but with the weather being crappy they all went to McDonalds. My daughter is 7 months, but all the kids range from 6 months to 4 years I think? IDK I just met them, still getting to know them all :) Theres a zoo in Waco thats suppose to be really nice. I havent gone yet, but we might be going this weekend.... I'm still learning.

Im here! My DS is 4 and my DD is 2. I dont really do the whole playgroup thing. I dont really have time, but we like going out and DOING stuff on the weekends!

He's been in the army for 12yrs now. Hes a Combat Engineer. Yours??

Andrew's a medic. He just reclassed after his first deployment. He was a truck driver.And 12 years!! Wow! That's awesome.

He's been in for four years. He's already there. We aren't married yet, but we're getting married in three weeks :)

For the love of all things holy DO NOT live off of Rancier behind the bowling alley....................it was BAD!  Drive by with me outside, ect.  I hate Hood because of that place.  We were young and did not know any better.  It was the first place we had of our own.  We learned fast!  I do know 4 people who are going there!  There is a lot of stuff to do!  Ecsp in the outside towns.
