I feel you but I'm not in Texas. I haven lived in this area for 3 years this coming week and have yet to make 1 true friend.

I have many clients that I thought would turn into some thing other then client/worker but no such luck even though I only see the clients once ever then move on ugggg.

I just moved to Fort Bliss last week and feel the same way! I'm new to the military life and wasn't sure how hard it would be to meet people. I'd get together anytime, I need to get out of this apartment! :)
