My ex is ordered to have dd on his health insurance as of a year and a half ago. I asked him to let me know what to do several times and i have gotten no where. My dhs job won't carry step children on health insurance, so she is on state medical.

Any help with what I need to do. He is air force if that makes any difference.

Send a copy of the court order to his command. There is nothing else you can do unless you want to take it back to court.

Do you know where he's stationed? You could contact the IG office at his duty station and file a complaint against him for not fulfilling his court ordered obligation. That would light a fire under him.

if he's deployed, there isn't anything you can do until he gets back. they don't have a whole lot of access to that stuff depending on where he went.

Tell him you're going to contact his command and I bet he will step on it quickly.
