Did anyone else think the opening ceremony for the Olympics seemed like the creator was tripping on LSD?

It was... different... Thats for sure. Beijing is hard to follow, and I don't think London measured up to it. Beijing's was impressive!

I did not watch it (the husband has it on DVR, so I am sure I will "get" to see it later), but the still pics look pretty trippy.
I'm a big geography dork, so the Parade of Nations was my favorite part.

Mine too. I was so happy that they were going through it so fast. It was struggling to keep my eyes open by the time they reached the USA. I didn't make it much longer after that.
