We just pcs'd 2800 miles with our dog. He made it all the way here and today he took off out the back door! We didn't realize that to have to lock the door to fully latch it closed and he pushed it open and escaped. Dh is out searching for him now but if someone picks him up Im afraid well never see him again!

We are beyond thrilled to have him home with us BUT are very disappointed in the care he received. There were three dogs in one kennel and he was the only unaltered one. At feeding time there was an altercation and he has three punctures on his front leg. So tomorrow we are taking him to the vet since they didn't bother to even clean it up. I understand the workers are spread thin and I don't blame them per se, it's just crappy that my dog is hurt. But I'm happy he is still in one piece and is relatively unharmed.
