I got married to the biggest loser ever. No job, no car, just a lot of debt. SHOULD'VE KNOWN!

four years later, he joined the military and became an "exception" of every husband I kno(who work from anywhere btwn 5am-7pm).. He works literally non stop. He is bout to be on his THIRD deployment. (Yes third in three and half years).  He's the meanest person I kno. Says horrible things about everyone I kno, including me to my face. Is hands down the biggest idiot I know on absolutely everything..(I mean really, who consults YouTube to disconnect a car battery....)

well I took our son and moved home about 4 months ago, now I find out he maxed out a credit card I had no idea he had........

literally, he's trying to ruin my life. I despise him in every way. I just want him to sign divorce papers and b gone!

You don't need him to sign. You can file on your own.

If you really want him to take responsibility for his actions go to his chain of command. His Sergent, Captain, or a lieutenant. Military personnel are supposed to be examples. And if his higher ranked officers hear about his 'home life' not going well he is required to do something to solve it. Especially if it's about financial issues and his family.

I just have to ask, if he is such a loser why are you married to him?

phew. . . before you bash him TOO hard, remember:  you picked him in the first place!!!!!

If the card is under his name ( applied for under his name) then I am not sure you can do anything about that.
