I stopped drinking soda and caffeine about a month ago. I am definitely feeling better overall, but now I am missing the energy. I am not going to start drinking soda again, and I would rather keep off the caffeine in general, but I need to be able to stay away during my lectures. Especially on days like today when I am in the classroom for 6 hours with nothing more than 10-15 minutes breaks.
I can go ahead and rule out Vit B12 and Vit D (on a script for those already). Most energy drinks are caffeine-filled. So any other ideas? Maybe something I am overlooking?
