If so, what do you and your spouse do?

We *may* exchange gifts, but it's not a big deal to us.

Not a big deal to us either.  My only request each year for Valentine's Day is that I don't want to cook, so we either go out or order take out.  That's it.  No flowers, candy, etc.

Nope. Its actually my bday and growing up I was always forced to babysit for siblings and or cousins so the adults could celebrate.
Dh is happy to celebrate it but also knows how I feel about it. He just makes my bday extra special when we get the time

Yes, but I am single. I do buy for my kids though.

No. I don't do Hallmark holidays. It all seems like a huge waste of money.

I find it ridiculous that a dozen rozen will cost you $29.99 the week before and after, but the price on V-Day jumps to over $100. I get romantic gestures and all that jazz, but it just seems like a huge money pit to me. I don't eat candy, I don't wear jewelry, and flowers just die. I'm kind of with you Darby, I just don't want to cook. Buy me take out and I'm happy. :)
