Sexually Transmitted Food Poisoning??? Totally Random...

Okay, try this one out.  Apparently there is some kind of food poisoning that can be transmitted through semen?

If you're having grouper or red snapper tonight...you might want to think twice!

I had chicken, and don't eat fish, I'm good. That is pretty weird though.

It has shown up on the east coast, Vermont, NC and FL.  Men "infect" women after eating the fish.  It causes painful sex and hallucinations--yes I am serious.

"Not tonight, honey, you had the grouper for dinner last week..."

Way!  I'm trying not to laugh at this article because I'm sure it wouldn't be funny if it happened to me.  After men eat the fish, they can "infect" a woman.  It causes "painful sex and hallucinations."  There's no way that you can tell if the fish has the bacteria because it doesn't change the taste, appearance, smell, etc.

It appears to be fish caught on the east coast; taking the grouper and red snapper off the menu at my house, just in case ;)

Now I have seen it all. So weird. Have to keep that in mind when we go visit our families on the East Coast this summer since we plan on eating copious amounts of seafood.
