If we apply for fssa (we definitely qualify), will we have to run it through his command, and will they do the finance control thing like they do if you skip payments on debts and stuff?

Not sure what you're talking about..is it a military program? I doubt anyone will have to be notified.

Family supplemental subsistence allowance. It a military program designed to keep service members and their families above the poverty line.

I would think so but I'm not sure. I don't know anyone who has received that type of assistance.

Pardon? We have one kid. When we had him, things were good. Things changed since then. In fact, if we need to 'stop having more' anything, it's car break-downs. So fuck off.

If you are having problems with bills due to unexpected breakdowns, I would look at maybe an AER (for Army) loan. They lend you the money and then take it back monthly out of paychecks over a year.
