If yes, how do NCOES work when you're part time?????

My dh is a reservist. And some NCO's work in the unit m-f they are AGR but also drill on weekends and other NCO are only there on weekend drill.

I want to do that but it won't be AGR. My question wasn't about that, though. I need to know something about NCOES, which is schools for NCOs.

Are you asking about WLC school? I know my dh took that to get to get his E5.

WLC-SGM academy are all NCOESs

I am almost sure they go away for it like we do. Weren't you a reservist before?

Lol yeah but only for like 10 months and I went to drill 4 times. And that was after I had fulfilled my active duty contract.

They work the same as AC. You do your school packet and pick the dates you can go, submit your packet to the person in charges of NCOES schools and the rest they do and usually you pick more than one school date so if your packet gets rejected they can resubmit with another date. Your orders get created and all of your prerequisites must be compete (SSD, PT/HW) and submitted along with the packet.
