Ok I'm confused. Tony H says you don't have to work your core everyday, but after 3 babies I really think everyday is probably a good idea, but is it beneficial?

 It is best to not work the same muscle group 2 days in a row, you really need to give your muscles time to recover.  Stick with abs 3 times a week, and give it some time.

 Ditto what ^^^^^ she said :) the key is MUSCLE CONFUSION. you will not gain everything if you're msucles are doing the same thing everyday

I need a muscle break....I get too eager sometimes  lol   so I agree with what the ladies have posted. Work on your legs or arms the day after your Ab workout.

Technically, the abs are muscles that you can work daily. But with something as intense as Ab Ripper, you might want to rest to allow for recovery.
