Oh how I have missed my weights

 It has been a while since I did a good strength training workout, so this week I dusted off my weights, and started chalean extreme.  I am doing the strength training workous only M/W/F followed by an ab workout, either one of Chalean's or Ab ripper X or Cardio abs, or BBL's ab workout, I am going to mix them up.  Then on T/Th/S I will be running.  I am in the very beginning phase of marathon training for a race in January.  I am really excited about this, I was having some trouble getting excited about a workout, but I think I just needed to dust off the weights, I guess I needed a change!!  BTW, I am so sore already!!

That is exactly how i felt when i did my firs tCLX workout after Insanity :)

Today's rest day but I'm actually FEELING good and i jsut want to workout... ugh... oh well

 YAY!  I need weights back too.  I don't feel like I'm losing, I just really miss them.
