I've even doing insanity for 3 weeks now. I've only lost 3lbs. But I am lookin inches wich is great!
For those who have completed insanity what were your results?? How much weight did you loose how many inches?
I also herd you drop more weight during the secon month than you do in the first month is that true??
What kinda of diet do you follow ?? Are you taking any supplements ???
