Well ladies, Ive been MIA from the internet period, took me a while to catch up on emails, FB etc. Been busy w/ kids, work, life etc. Just to let u all know I have been maintaining a 2lb weight loss each week. I have officially lost ten pounds so far...now 30 more to go! UGH! I cannot BELIEVE how hard it's been to lose the first 10 let alone another 30!!! Im completely overwhelmed! I literally feel like Im constantly having to push against an ugly torrential tide the whole way! It certainly has not been easy in the least! I have had to become super strict w/ my diet and exercise 3-5 xwk for 45-60min cardio/weights in order to lose anything...I had some testing done because most people would have lost 10 pounds just from changing their diet such as mine but nope, not me....I have had to fight for every pound! All my tests came back normal, thyroid, hormones etc....even had a test done because of my constant fatigue. (begun before all my diet/exercise changes)...and I thought taking on a super healthy diet would alleviate that along w/ decent sleep...but it hasnt. I still feel like something isnt right just not sure what that is. Glad to see everyone for the most part is doing well! Wish I had 1/2 of ya'lls energy! lol!!!
Good to see you. Hmmmm....I wonder why your so tired. They checked everything? chronoc fatigue ect....
Quoting big_red05:
Are you getting enough sleep and are you eating enough food? If your body isn't getting enough calories or the right balance of fuel it can be fatigued only thing I can think of if the dr checked for everything.. Did they check for vit d deficiency? Many people especially in winter months need to supplement with vit d
hmmm, no, they havent checked my vit d levels but I do take the daily required supp of vit d, and I live in the south where I can get out everyday. My little one and I take a daily walk after lunch. I would certainly blame not eating enough cal if this hadnt begun long before cutting back.... . I get about 7-8 hrs of sleep each night and then nap w/ my little one for 1-2 hrs on most days...
