Today I did 20 minute HIIT on the Rbike
Then I worked my back and triceps:
Triceps cable push downs - 60lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
standing cable one-arm rows - 40lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets - each arm
triceps dips - 10 x 3
back extensions - 55lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
overhead tricep cable - 50lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
That's it. have a ton of laundry to do after a long weekend at work. That is pretty much it or the day. have a great Tuesday!
seated back rows - 50lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
