I had a really good workout today. If you have dumbbell you can do these at home. It was Super sets. Wear you do 2 exercises right after another.
Like: Doing 10 reps bicep curls then going to do 10 seated dips and then repeat 2 times. it is great to if pressed for time.
I did 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical
SUPERSETS:
Dumbbell Rows - 20lbs x 15 reps
15 push ups on the ball -
repeat 2 times
Standing Dumbbell press - 12lbs x 15 reps
Standing Dumbell hammer curls - 15lbs x 15 reps
repeat 2 times
Squats - body weight x 15 reps
barbell dead lifts - 30lbs x 15 reps
repeat 2 times
dumbbell lat raises - 20lbs x 15 reps
seated dips - 15 reps
repeat 2 times
crunches on the ball - 20 reps x 3 sets
Food Today:
M1: pre-workout - 1 boiled egg and 1 slice of WW toast w/real butter - supplements creatine and some Amino Energy
M2: post workout - Whey isolate shake/wL-Glut-amine and almond milk
M3: 7 egg whites-1 yolk-w/spinach and pinco de Gallo-1 SF PB cup
I had a craving lol.
M4; huge leafy green chicken salad w/EVOO-strawberries
M5: cottage cheese-apple
M6: grilled chicken and broccoli
Also take 4 fish oil pills 1 at each of my 4 meals.
Will be working all weekend. So I am bringing one of those bags of grilled chicken w/me to work for the weekend. That way I can just throw them in the oven and heat them up. These:

Yep I LOVE the Vitamin Shoppe because they have such a large variety of items!
Wish I had one of those stores here. I don't take that many vitamins like I used to, but I still take a few.
