I have to re-focus my goals on being healthy rather than weight loss for the moment. I am adding back some carbs primarily in the daytime such as oatmeal, yogurt and fruit and keeping lunch and dinner to meat and veggies only and maybe the occasional whole wheat pasta. I am still going to try and do the carb cycling though. I am also trying to walk more with my children and doing active family time with them.
Anyways I hope it takes some pressure off and that it helps you out!!
