I AM RE-FOCUSSING ON HEALTH RATHER THAN WEIGHT LOSS

 I have to re-focus my goals on being healthy rather than weight loss for the moment.  I am adding back some carbs primarily in the daytime such as oatmeal, yogurt and fruit and keeping lunch and dinner to meat and veggies only and maybe the occasional whole wheat pasta.  I am still going to try and do the carb cycling though.  I am also trying to walk more with my children and doing active family time with them.

That is an awesome plan ;) focusing on weight loss alone can be stressful.. Focusing on living healthy is better and then it takes the pressure off weight loss.. I think that's how I was able to be successful on the scale.. Since I didn't focus on it I would feel guilty or upset if I had a bad loss week

Anyways I hope it takes some pressure off and that it helps you out!!

Great Plan! Focus on healthy and I bet you will see more chganges. Because your not stressing for weight loss.
