Tomorrow is the day. I was supposed to get my tooth pulled last week but the dentist was sick. So, tomorrow. Guess I will love on protein shakes tomorrow. But it has to go. So no gym.
Today i did a 5 minute warm up on the spin bike and worked this:
Plate Shrugs - 50lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets
triceps overhead ext/medicine ball - 12lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets
20 pushups on the ball
cable triceps pushdowns - 70lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets
dumbbell front raises - 10lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets
dumbell bent over triceps extensions - 15lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets
ABS:
medicine ball crunches on the ball - 12lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets
abs bench - 15 reps x 3 sets
10 vacuums
That was it. Rainy today. Just relaxing this afternoon. have a good Wednesday!
I HATE going to the dentist but skilled ones, you will not even notice when they pull the tooth out! I like the Atkins shakes--the mocha one is really good!
I just had it done. it was really infected and turned surgical. It took less then 10 minutes though and I never felt a thing. I am on Vicodin now.![]()

OOOOOUUUUUCCCCHHHHH! Oh I hate hearing about a tooth being pulled cause it hurts me to think of it, lol! I hope you're feeling much better now. I've never had a tooth pulled, and I hope I never experience that. Hugs to you:-)

I am bored though. Watching tv and I can't do anything strenuous until tomorrow and I am hungry!!! Ready for a muscle milk shake. can't wait to eat when the swelling goes down.
