What kind of cream are you using? I use Desitin and it never seems to bother DD. You might want to try a different cream or you could try not using cream at all to see if that's the problem. Worse comes to worse, ask your pediatrician. Hope it gets better soon!+

First I would try letting her have periods of time without a diaper (lay her on a diaper on the floor, or a blanket you could wash), or cloth diapers for a while.  If it's been very long I would have a doctor make sure it wasn't a yeast infection.

I would call if you don't go in for another month.  I wouldn't want to wait that long.

ok this is going to sound super wierd but my oldest daughter was sensitive to everything! It got to the point that cream would not work anymore and her poor little tushy area was always red. We started using things around the house insteadof spending a ton of money on creams and different creams. Try using cornstarch. It helps keep that area dry. Also change her diaper at least every hour to help keep her dry. And now for the strange thing. Use yogurt on that area. Yogurt has good bacteria that helps that area out. Yes it will be cold but she will be ok. Plus let the area air dry on occasion. We have been extremely blessed this time around that Kenni is not as sensitive as Aisnley was. You can also call the drs office and just check with them.
