Biggest looser challenge Dec 1, 2009- Feb 1, 2010

Ok so this pirticular challenge is for those who want to loose wight. It doesn't matter if it is 10 lbs or 100 lbs. This is just a fun group of people who want to loose some weight and want the support of others while doing so. Every day anyone can log on to our groups page and post their weight and their success, maybe their gain and certainly their weight loss secrets. Feel free to post waht you did to help you achieve your goal and what may be your goal weight is and how far off from it are you?Anyone is welcome.

I'm am definitley in need of losing weight!  I'm tired of yo-yo'n up and down.  I really need to make a lifesyle change.  I went to the doctor yesterday and she put me on blood pressure meds.  I need to get active!!

I am in a group here in my town called million dollar mamas and it follows the same concept. We all support one another. I have been using the weight watchers points system for eating and I think it works so far anyway I lost 10 lbs this week I do add a free day one day per week and essentially I just eat what I want on that day. My lifestyle and eating habits have changed so I still tend to eat healthy on those days......lol I have fibromyalgia and it is in a stage 3 so I really cant go excercise but I do try to do what I can to get some extra movement. I also keep a food journal and everything that enters my mouth I write down actually I do it on a spreadsheet and I review it regularly. I make sure I am drinking enough because water is the key. If you dont like water add crystal light or make tea with splenda but the water 64 oz is the min per day is the most important part. It helps you feel fuller and it allows your cells to work properly and your body to flush the fat out as your burn it off.

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Luke 21:36

I TOO AM ON BP MEDS AND HAVE BEEN SINCE LAST YR AT ONLY 26 YEARS OLD. I AM NOT SURE WHY MY BP IS SO HIGH. I AM OVERWEIGHT FOR SURE, HOWEVER I KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO ARE OVERWEIGHT, SOME EVEN BIGGER THAN ME THAT HAVE FINE BP. IT STINKS!! THANKS FOR JOINING MY GROUP. STAY IN TOUCH REGULARLY. TO BE HONEST I DONT HAVE ACOMPUTER RIGHT NOW SO I CAN'T GET ON DAILY BUT I DO SO AS MUCH AS I CAN.

THANK YOU FOR JOINING MY GROUP. I WOULD LIKE FOR US ALL TO ENCOURAGE MORE PEOPLE TO JOIN. I HAVE SOME FRIENDS WHO WILL BE JOINING, BUT HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO LOG ON TO THEIR CM SITES YET. EVEN IF IT ONLY ENDS UP BEING A FEW OF US IT CAN STILL BE FUN. WE CAN LOG IN DAILY WITH OUR SUCCESS AND HAVE A GREAT TIME AND MEET NEW PEOPLE WHILE WERE AT IT.

So I am assuming today is our start up day. So I started my morning by weighing and logging it. I have my food log ready and started. I am very excited to start this challenge with all of you. God bless you all and each of you facing this giant along side me will be in my prayers daily.
