274- I WILL BE UNABLE TO LOG ON TOMORROW WITH MY CRAZY SCHEDULE, SO I AM POSTING MY SW TODAY.MY NEWEST SUCCES TIP IS THAT I DRINK A BIG GLASS OF WATER (SOMETIMES 2 ) BEFORE I EAT MY LUNCH AND DINNER. IT WORKED GREAT LAST NIGHT. I WAS SO FILLED UP ON WATER THAT I ONLY ATE LIKE HALF AS MUCH. I WISH I COULD DO THIS AT BREAKFAST TOO, ALTHOUGH I LOVE WATER, I DO NOT CARE FOR IT IN THE AM AND HAVE A HARD TIME FORCING MYSELF.
