I want to move to Oklahoma and I'm not sure why. Who wants to tell me why you love your state or why you hate it??

What part of Oklahoma?! I live in Lawton and I like it lived here all my life and I think it's good place raise a family and good school.

Oh I see! The Schools are good Lawton but there isn't much fun things do for kids tho.

 I live in OKC when I am home (temporarily living in Vegas) and I love it. I miss home so much that I can't wait to get back full time next year. Why? The people. You will never meet any that are friendlier than an Okie. Where are you living now, if you don't mind my asking.

 I moved to Ponca City from Riverside Ca 21 years ago. I came to visit my sister and just fell in love with it here. I have never been back to Ca. Things have changed however over the years though. Crime is pretty bad, but I guess crime is up every where you go. Come for a visit and check Ok. out for yourself.I still wouldnt go back to Ca.

I live in Custer City really small town out by OKC and love it but hate Oklahoma summers. I was raised in OK but you just have  to have the right mentality and personality for Oklahoma. I lived in OKC and hated it 2 much noise crime ect.

Where do you live now? Depending on where you move from it could definitely be a culture shock (just knowing when I go other places it's a culture shock for me sometimes.)

Pros: the people, good schools in some areas, also some areas are really safe, community oriented, and homey

Cons: Other areas have lots of crime, not so great schools, the weather is very unpredictable (right now it's in the 70s)

I'm actually wanting to get out of Oklahoma, but I've been here my whole life and really need a change of scenery.

Ive been in ponca city since i was 2. I love oklahoma. Ive visited other places and i would never want to live anywhere else.

 OKLAHOMA IS the ABSOLUTE BEST STATE !!! I LOVE IT! lived here my wholllleeeee life. lol
