The trach is out...however my son has a cold.  It looks promising but I'm nervous.  Can I please get some good luck vibes.  Ahhh, I'm going nuts!!!

He did it!  He actually pulled it off.  It was a close call but he did it AND it was done while he was fighting a cold.  Thanks for your complement and support.  I'm adding pics to his blog later tonight.  We just got back and I'm soooo tired.  Thanks again.
