I'm not sure if cooking with wine is okay with kids since I technically don't have any of my own, but I love this recipe because it is so easy to put together.  As a substitute for the wine you can use a chicken stock.

Elegant Chicken

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I put whatever will fit comfortably in an 8x8 baking dish)

about 4 slices of Swiss Cheese - enough to cover the chicken.

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)

1 cup stove top stuffing

1/4 cup butter - melted

1. Place chicken breasts in 8x8 baking dish. Place swiss cheese over chicken.

2. Mix together cream of chicken soup and wine (chicken broth) and pour over chicken and cheese.  Add stuffing on top.  Pour melted butter over everything.

3. Bake at 400 for about an hour or until chicken is done.
