Imagine not being able to do the things you set out to do because you are consume at helping others. Where is the balance in your life? The balance you are looking for has drained from you and now your energy has been forwarded to others. Now don't get me wrong helping others is awesome. However, when helping others to the point you have maxed out your own power to help yourself is where you should draw the line. How to solve this?

1- Consider taking some me time, no matter what!

2- Put yourself first on your to to list!

3-Arm yourself with the power of NO's instead of YE's.

Take these tips and transpose them into your life and watch your agenda's soar!

I know you have more to add so please do!

Be organized!!!

  • Make a goal poster that reminds you of the things you want in your life!
  • Get and USE a calendar. Highlight family time/events, work time, and free time. Sometimes you'll see you have more free time than you think!
  • Make the most of your free time. If you work an at home business, take advantage of traffic jams to make calls or at the playground while the kids are running around.
  • Set reminders on your cell phone for important appointments or dates
  • No matter what, find out when you can carve out some MOMMY ALONE TIME and actually take it the same time every week/day and STOP FEELING GUILTY ABOUT IT!!!

Hope this is useful :)
