So since the last time I posted... I've been having a really hard time keeping my glucose level normal. No matter what I ate... it was high. I went through a bit of a stressful time at one point, but my doctor said that it still should't be as high as it was. She put me on medication- Glyburide 1.25 mg every night before dinner. I begged her not to because I didn't really wanna take anything during pregnancy, but there wasn't really much of a choice. I didn't start taking it when I was supposed and my sugar levels seemed to be ok for a while. Until Thanksgiving of course; I watched what I ate and was very cautious about everything, but it was still high. I took the Glyburide the next day and had a burger for dinner (which usually made my glucose sky rocket), my sugar was perfect!! Anyway, my doctor said that the medication was safe and that many studies have been done... but now online I've been reading very mixed things and I'm scared. I haven't really been taking the pill like I'm supposed to... but my sugars have been for the most part normal, even after had a peice of cake with a ton of icing for dinner last night... I took the pill the night before... but I didn't think it lasted that long. What should I do???
