severe cramping??

I'm 33 weeks pregnant, and for the last week I've been having some serious cramping. They feel like really strong menst. cramps. They continue even through walking, and have woke me up a few times at night. Has anyone else experienced this?

Me and I'm 28 weeks on sat. Mine isn't due till aug 29 but it took five days to have a bm so the Ob thinks that's where my cramping is coming from she wants me to get colax and take it 2xs a day
