overwhelmed

 what can i eat.i've only gained 11 pounds.i hate sweets,so that's not an issue. mine are carbs.i weigh 111 and i'm 30wks.i really need some advice,getting very depressed over this.

Hang in there.  I know that it is depressing.  

I highly reccomend that you find things to eat like alvocados.  My personal favorite was steak and alvacados. 

I also worked alot with peanut butter.  I would snack on apples and peanut butter or celery with peanut butter.  Kept almondds around the house to snack on.

When I started my pregnacy I was 15 pounds under weight (90 lbs.) and was working with a neutritionist... then when I found out that I had GD @ 28 weeks I had only gained 10 lbs.  By the time of delivery I had managed to put on another 15 lbs.  The neutritionist and OB said not to worry about the weight gain just focus on eating.

 thanks! it helps. i love advocodes.pb i have to be careful with.my son is deathly allergic to it.
