what causes blood sugar to drop so quickly

 10am sugar level was 141 at 12 it was 59.what would cause it to drop so much in 2 hrs.

 i dont have to take any meds.yesterday it was 201 and 2hrs later 49.i didnt exercise. i dont know how or why it does that. i know if i feel stressed,it spikes.
