Ill eat what im suppose to eat and i know for a fact that what im eating shouldnt make my sugar levels rise. But lately they have been a little higher. We are in the middle of buying a house which has been stressful, my stepfather is an alcoholic who just relapsed, and my biological father is going to jail next month for 3 months for assult. So things have been rough for me. My levels havent been insanely high or anything. Im sppose to stay under 120 and they have been 140 or lower. Do you think they will put me on medication to control my sugars? I really hope not. Im the type of person that wont take a tylenol unless i have an excrutiating headache. I HATE taking medication, especially while im pregnant.  I just dont know what to do. Im worried about both my dads. My biological dad is going to jail on bs charges, and my stepdad is an awsome person who has a horrible problem. I just dunno.

main factors that effects your blood sugar does include stress level; Your blood sugar also increase while you're sick, because your body needs fuel to fight whatever illness that's invading your body.

Yup I agree that stress effects your sugar levels. When I'm super stressed and I know I have to take my sugar level soon, I try the best I can to destress 15 minutes to a half hour befor hand. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. I just make a note of it so when my doctor gets a look at my levels they know why I was so high.
