So Im not an avid soda drinker. But I do like the occational pepsi or coke. I dont drink it constantly. It will take a good week or longer to finish a 12 pack. Now I know how much sugar and stuff there is in regular soda, but what about diet where there are 0carbs and 0 sugars? I hope those are ok because I gave in and bought a 12 pack last night lol

I was told I could have up to two servings of artificial sweetener a day, including what's in diet soda. I'm usually not a soda drinker at all (if I have it once a month, that's a lot), but I'll admit that I"ve been drinking more than my fair share of diet coke since my GD diagnosis.
best to avoid any artificial sweeteners because they have been associated w/ birth defects and other baby complications. Stay w/ whatever that's natural and less human processed/made. I've done a TON of research, and most people will say avoid it if you can, but occassional 1 or 2 is okay.
