Hey guys! We thought this might be a great tool for our group. Here, you can open your own post (be sure to put your name in the title) and keep track of your own food and water intake each day. I have always had more success when I write down what I eat because it keeps me accountable for my food choices. Add to your post daily or whenever you want and feel free to comment on other's posts as well.

Monday Jan 10th

breakfast: Kashi cereal with 2% milk

Lunch: Leftover chicken chili (with onions, black olives, lite sour cream, cheese) cornbread

Dinner: swedish meatballs and rice

snacks: icecream and brownie:) , fresh pear

I realize I didn't have any vegetables today! Yikes! I'll try harder tomorrow.

I just can't bear to write how many pieces of Monkey bread I ate for breakfast today! Just know it was a lot!

Lunch: Lean Cuisine meal

snack: apple, bowl of Kashi cereal

Dinner: grilled chicken breast with bbq seasoning, steamed brocolli

water: 48 oz so far

I went shopping yesterday and bought TONS of fruits and veggies. I'll start posting now that I have something good to post about :)

today I did much better with my fruit and veggies!

B: Bowl Kashi Autumn Harvest, 1/2 cup 2% milk, Yogurt

L: Fresh veggies: Bell peppers, broccoli, sugar snap peas, fat free veggie   dip, 2 slices Domino's pizza

D: Fruit: apple, canteloupe

snacks: too many Bit-O-Honey candies

Hey, I DID do better on fruits and veggies!
