Ok, This is definitely gonna help me stay accountable!!! I'll try and make a post at the end of each day of what I ate!
Monday Jan 10th
Breakfast - bowl of banana nut cheerios
Dinner - leftover chicken and rice with corn
snacks - brownies
Breakfast - bread and butter, banana
Lunch - leftover chicken pot pie (I think it was chicken..pulled it from my moms fridge) and 24oz peach propel water
Dinner - potato soup
Snacks - 2 handfuls parmesan baked goldfish, 1 chocolate truffle, couple doritos, whole wheat roll
GAH! Someone please come take the food away! I'm at my parents two days a week, and I have a horrible habit of snacking a lot while I am here!
breakfast - french toast, with butter and maple syrup, large glass of water (I did it! I said no to the OJ!)
Lunch - 2 stalks celery, 1/4 apple, doritos, couple bites mac and cheese, glass of water
Dinner - chicken cordon bleu pizza from papa johns. Glass of water
snacks - baked parmesan goldfish, brownie, whole wheat roll
OH we're not starting out good today!
Breakfast - 1/2 slice of leftover pizza, homemade bread and butter.
Lunch - 1/2 roast beef and swiss sandwich, small cup sprite, cup of water
dinner - Del taco (3 soft tacos and a Chicken Del Carbon).
snacks - club crackers
Breakfast - 1 cup apple sauce (homemade), glass of milk
Breakfast - activia, peaches and cream oatmeal
Breakfast - glass of koolaid
Lunch - pita bread, roast beef, lettuce and cheese
Dinner - white chicken chili, cornbread
Snacks - brownie
breakfast - hot citrus drink, bowl of peanut butter crunch
Snack - 2 choc. chip cookies
Breakfast - hot chocolate, homemade white bread
breakfast - grapefruit with sugar
lunch - roast beef, tomato, and lettuce on white bread with mayonaise
dinner - pasta with zuchinni tomato sauce
